It was a great experience. Surrounded by red, me and girlfriend were the only Panthers fans in our section. It was amazing how quickly their cheers faded. Shout out to the crew one section over (303, I think) giving the "here we go Panthers" chant. It was the only thing you could hear by the 2nd quarter. I really wanted my first Panthers game to be in BoA, but this was perfect.
Stats alone don't tell his story properly. Ealy is showing improvement. That's exactly what you want to see from your rookie DE. It's rare to see one step in and be dominate from the start.
Watching E.Brown be a non factor his entire time here is a great example of what you don't like to see. Ealy has stepped up in key situations this season, showing that the game is not too big for him. I expect to see more and more of those moments from him as he develops.
Gettis must have done something right in training camp, before his injury. If I am not mistaken, he was projected as the #2. As for lafell, he was behind nanny. He earned moving to the #2 spot this season; however, he will have to battle gettis for it (or a f/a) next season.
