#2819396 Miami Heat vs. San Antonio Spurs

Bob Pettit Elvin hayes. Karl Malone. The 3 reasons tim duncan is not the clearcut best PF of all time. Not to say he doesn't have a great argument but.... Bob Pettit

Tim Duncan has more NBA finals MVPs then those guys have championships....combined . I'd even say the gap between Duncan and them Is greater than the gap between MJ and LeBron.

Scary thought: the spurs could have won 8 championships in 15 years instead of 5 if not for 3 plays (fishers miracle with 0.3, dirks 3 point play, and ray Allen's shot last year).

Think he would have moved the team at gunpoint? Whew.. we dodged a bullet there, didn't we?

Effing autocorrect. Fixed

I know right what kind of idiot would claim this series is done when it went to 7 games last year and has been very tight so far this year.

Don't mind him, he's the guy who said Miami was going to lose to Brooklyn because Paul pierce is in Lebrons head, but then said the only reason Miami won was because Paul Pierce sucks at defense and can't guard anybody (random internet basketball players included). He also is on record as saying that the heat would be champions without LeBron. Reminds me of a more jaded version of Dat Alice with all the big talk, excuses and backpedaling.

So is this a Heat board or a Hornets board, I can't really tell right now.

I still to this day am pissed about the blatant shove MJ put on Hersey Hawkins that was a no call in the 95 playoffs on the last play of the game and can't understand how any hornets fan would show so much love for Kobe Bryant when he pretty much refused to play for Charlotte. I Also could have sworn we were posting in an nba finals thread for 2014 and that james and the heat were playing.

There were so many things wrong with that last post that I don't even know where to start. I mean FFS you really just claimed that Kobe fuging Bryant doesn't complain about fouls or non foul calls???

I've seen Kobe play live and the guy does not radiate or personify cockiness at all. When he's playing, he's all business. If he hits a shot, he runs back on defense... If he gets fouled, he doesn't complain, he runs back on defense.

As where you have LBJ who hits a shot and he's got his little celebration to do lol.

And lol at MJ being cocky, that man was nothing but professional on the basketball court. Off it, he had some problems but on it he was nothing but professional.

As for those other guys, they were all great basketball players but trying to put them on MJ's, Kobe's, and LBJ's level is laughable.

Seriously....you're in a boxing match with one hand behind your back with this argument. Do the noble thing and give up.

Really?

Like who?

Jordan wasn't known for being cocky (until he got inducted into the HOF), Kobe doesn't exactly scream cockiness, KD is one of the humblest people in the NBA.

There is a reason most NBA greats don't respect LBJ, it's because he doesn't respect them.

Jordan and Kobe were never cocky??? Dude, just stop.

"weird" is the right word. LeBron is an expert actor as shown by his many flops. He didn't have cramps, he just wanted an excuse because even if he were on the court they would've lost.

You've got a realllly scary obsession with LeBron, like a lover scorned. Like I'm kinda worried youre going to boil a rabbit on his stove or something.

San Antonio is gonna give LeBron flashbacks to '07.

You should probably quit with your predictions while you are behind

Indy in 4 or 5...

LeBron is still a mental midget. Wade bailed him out with his insane play in '12 against Indy & Allen threw up some BS last year & they got lucky. Has really covered up the fact that LeBron shrinks under pressure. Bosh is useless against that front line & Wade is breaking down...

Goodbye Miami.

I knew there was a reason that I stopped bothering to come in this forum..
