#3105106 Some visual proof of how incompetent Carolina's coaching staff truly is.

didn't Williams often get more time over Stewart because he's a better blocker...though he's never flipped a Taint on his head.

Up until Jim Skipper returned. Stewart was the favored RB when both options were healthy under Rivera

I doubt we see Star again until playoff time. Might as well just rest him until then and is fully healthy for the run.

#3102578 Josh Norman: Munnerlyn Never Helped Me

Posted by DeAngelo's #1 Fan(CRA) on 23 November 2014 - 10:22 PM

The huddle worshiped Munnerlyn because of those INTs...

Captain was damn good nickel CB. Not his fault he has no talent and asked him to play on the outside. Dude could have flawless coverage.....height difference with those matchups was just something he couldn't control

Also, people need to bump the breaks on acting like Norman has surpassed Captain. He hasn't yet. Nickel Captain to date is still better and more proven than Norman

The Bills traded a first rounder to move up to 4 to get Watkins when they could have just taken Beckham at 9.

Only thing holding Watkins back is QB play....dude is nasty

Is there any chance we could trade D-will for anything ? Maybe the Raiders who haven't won a game would give us something in a trade .

Raiders won last night. They won bc they FINALLY let there YOUNG RB start to get some early work. Huge difference. What that RB did in a quarter was enough for them to sit on all game.

They spent most of the season letting there older RBs (MJD and nothing but a name McFadden) waste reps.

Need to get rid if Williams bc he takes reps away from whoever else is here. Bottom line.

Need youth. Watch any game. Raiders last night....do we want Jones Drew wasting reps the Murray kid could be getting? Williams is old. Old is proven to be a bad thing at 30 plus.

From a pure playing time aspext he needs to go so we get youth on the field

#3098963 Who to blame for Panthers' last ranked D

Dave.

Even with Hardy....he downgraded too much. Even a dominant pass rush needs a certain level of consistent play behind it.

i want to know too

He said "I wish I was the QB in Oakland bc this organization is a joke"

He got cut because Philly Brown is clearly better than him

Philly Brown ain't new. He was clearly the fastest guy weeks ago. They both were on the roster then too. This doesn't create space for Philly

"Avant speaks the truth. Word to Big Bird. It is what it is"

I would have done something like that

I understand what you're saying - most people here are agreeing with you. I personally think answering a question that calls out your coach/boss is unprofessional - no matter the manner in which is was delivered. I'm sure he's not the only one feeling the frustration but he's the only one pointing fingers. Zod's made it pretty clear that Olsen has to bite his tongue when he was responding to questions. If I (politely) pointed fingers at my boss I would expect repercussions.

Avant was also in a postion he could speak. Others aren't. Many have to bite their tongue.

Avant is a one year rental that likely knows his career is at the end. He gets his money regardless. Why be a sheep if you are him when asked about something so obvious?

Godfrey: bad at his job - gets cut - Huddle rejoices

Avant: bad at his job - makes comments about RR we all agree with - gets cut - Huddle explodes

Godfrey huge liability....they went out there way for to let attempt to make the team as a nickel CB. Opponents had near 100% completion on him.

Avant. Vet brought in to act like a vet....and play a smal role. Nothing changed, was what he was. Displays better late game comprehension than HC.....suddenly is canned.

Seem very different

Bill Belichick would never kick a 46 yard field goal with 1:30 left on the clock.

Yep. Settling for a near 50 yarder despite his O being on fire.....and giving the opponent 1:30 to get a game winning FG would not of been Belichick's goal.

If you want to know what Belichick would have done.....listen to Avant

Philly got reps early on. Avant is a vested player so he is getting paid regardless. Nor did he ever have a big role to begin with.

Philly future opportinies clearly isn't a reason to now cut Avant
