#3223735 Questions No Panther Fan Can Answer

Posted by bLACKpANTHER on 29 January 2015 - 08:53 PM

1. What rival NFC South team would you rather win the Superbowl:

Falcons- so we would be the only one remaining without a Lombardi?

Bucs- so they could boast as the only one with 2?

Saints- ugh.. the Saints and their fans.. ugggggggghhhhhhh?

2. Which retired Panther QB would you rather have come in to replace Cam/DA for the 2015 season- Weinke or Peete?

3. Would you rather let history stay the same and have Kasay kick the ball out of bounds and set the PAts up at the 40 or change history and have him kick a touchback and the Pats still drive down the field for the winning FG?

4. Would you rather erase X-Clown from your memory or erase your first time you made sweet love?

5. Would you rather Clausen still be our starting QB or Matt Moore or David Carr?

6. Would you rather the Panthers win a Superbowl knowing you would die from a heart attack caused by all the excitement or live a healthy life of going .500 or under for the rest of your life?

7. In 2014, Would you rather have replaced Smitty/Ginn/Lafell with Josh Gordon or replaced D.Will/Stew/Tolbert with Ray Rice?

8. Would you rather suffer through the 1-15 season again (where we were in a lot of games but cudnt finish) or the 2-14 season again (where is was obvious we weren't going to win a lot of those games before the 1st qtr was over)?

9. Would you rather have the Superbowl 38 ended the way it did or have the chance to get the ball back after the Vinatieri FG and have Jake throw an INT as we are driving down the field?

10. Would you rather Thomas Davis had called it quits after his 3rd ACL tear and never came back or Jake never had come back from Tommy Jone* surgery?

11. Would you rather John Fox/Pickles stays an extra year of sucking and we get to draft Luck OR Peppers stays and retires a Panther Great but we never draft Cam?

12. O-coordinator to replace Shula in 2015: Jeff Davidson or Dan Henning?

13. You have to bet everything your own on one of these things happening:

A. Biakabutuka staying healthy for a whole season

B. Byron Bell blocking Peppers so David Carr to complete a pass to Kerry Colbert 3x in a row

C. Fua tackling Cam in the open field

#3223704 Shedule: next 6 weeks

Posted by bLACKpANTHER on 29 January 2015 - 08:02 PM

It's an 18 game stretch, so 9-9 is what I got when I recounted.

That is so weird. I counted like 3x and only saw 8 Ws but I musta been blind. Either way, if we can be at .500 or a game or 2 behind i will be happy

Edit: im on mobile and it was the back to back with the Wiz that musta messed me up.

#3221487 Hornets Looking at NBADL Assist Leader, Talton

i actually would be more for this, than for trading assets to bring in a stop-gap player like Sessions or Cole..

EDIT: Talton is 24 yrs old and has good size for a PG @ 6'1

Look at PJ, he was doing very well in the D-league and looks pro-ready.. Talton could be as well.. and if he doesn't move the needle- so what.. what are we really trying to accomplish here - make the playoffs as the 8th seed = best case scenario?

#3221245 Hornets are talking trades for Ramon Sessions and Norris Cole

Posted by bLACKpANTHER on 27 January 2015 - 09:58 AM

yeah.. i didn't like how the Pelicans fans were happy to see Roberts leave last year.. and how our Front Office was touting the fact that he was a +90% FT shooter.. hmm, great? i dont even remember him getting to the line for and clutch FTs this year, do you?

There's no way Toronto falls out of the top 4 unless you think Brooklyn or Boston passes them up. Division winner is 4th at worst.

i honestly goofed up on my original statement and was trying to back it up..

i said we could be #5 seed = wrong.. i shuda said 6th

I don't see Atlanta, Washington, Toronto or Cleveland falling out of the top 4 - I do see Chicago slipping to 5 and possibly a collapse that lets us sneak into the 5th seed, but highly doubt it.. and hopefully we get good news today on Kemba

If you turned it off after the 1st qtr like me, the 40pt loss isn't that bad. No matter if you win by 40 or lose by 40 - it only counts as one L or W. We can balance this 40pt loss with even a 1pt win against the Knicks.

..on winning Charlotte Business Man of the Year.

I read he won, but just passed it by and didnt read any articles on it. Just didn't think it was a big deal but MJ was moved to tears and let it all hang out in this video. Much Props, good sir.

Green Bay has been playing like they are up by 2TDs. When the defender knelt down after the INT I cudnt believe it. Seattle is gonna win this game
