#2728176 CANADA'S GAYDOSH ANXIOUS TO RESUME NFL CAREER WITH PANTHERS

Posted by micnificent28 on 05 April 2014 - 04:20 PM

I m kinda excited about the kid. He's a sleeper on the same level as brandon williams to me. I don't know that he will dominate hell don't even know if he will make the team. But I am very intrigued by his skills and possibilities of him filling in the rotation.

#2727300 McNabb weighs in on our lack of a threat at WR (via D. Newton)

Posted by micnificent28 on 04 April 2014 - 04:16 PM

He right. I mean there is no other way to put it. I've never seen a franchise do less to help there franchise qb. This is why in Carolina we can't have nice things. Why we lack superstars even in basketball. The conservative approach thats afraid to make mistakes will only get you so far. If you go bpa every damn year sure u ll land solid guys but your only covering up the same ole scab. Nevermind the festering wound at wr thats been there since moose left. Or why byron bell may be the best tackle on the roster.

#2719287 Rivera says Cam wasn't consulted in WR moves

Posted by micnificent28 on 28 March 2014 - 10:22 AM

A lot of guys in here drinking whatever gettleman is selling while everyone in football is asking what he hell are the carolina panthers doing. Generally there are 2 sides to a argument and if you look yo your left and right and no one is on ur side your probably wrong.

#2715380 Wish we could double on WR

Posted by micnificent28 on 25 March 2014 - 04:58 AM

What good are WR's if Cam has no time to throw downfield? That was a major problem last year, and now we have less.

Enuff with putting off drafting a wr. The last one we drafted in the first is in prision still. We put it off for so long we might have cost smitty a chance at the hall of fame because he never had a number 2. Every year we put drafting another position over an ovious need. End the cycle of poor wrs.

#2715192 Can someone make a Smitty's greatest fights highlight?

Posted by micnificent28 on 24 March 2014 - 09:44 PM

I'm gonna miss seeing smitty go at it every week.He gotta fight someone you know.my friends and I would bet on who smitty would fight every week and I quote"that's what you get part of the price of admission". lol the Richard sherman flight stands out in my mind.

#2707785 Even our RBs continue to troll this offseason...

Posted by micnificent28 on 20 March 2014 - 04:20 AM

YOU seem to have forgotten back then, we ran a traditional run oriented offense, not one single drop of read option. The read option and fake read option flat out kills our running game. If cam could just audible to a typical dive/off tackle/stretch run and do it normally, we could still dominate, but not with this bullshit offense we run now

That just flat out isnt the truth. The read option was our most successful running play. If you go by the numbers anyway. No one is saying run it into the ground but, if you take away the read option you take away a huge part of what makes cam so special seeing how he basically pioneered it to success in the nfl and ushered in the copycats you see today.

Umm i think they are right. How can anyone say anything but this. even If you like what gettleman has done can you say we have gotten better?

#2707006 Benjamin gaining steam as a potential "joker" tight following proday

Posted by micnificent28 on 19 March 2014 - 04:12 PM

Benjamin is Alshon Jeffery all over again but bigger. He does all the same things  makes spectacular catches but can drop the easy ones. Firsht year will be mostly a redzone threat but beyond that well... you see Jeffery.

At 6-5, 240 pounds, Benjamin has generated some buzz as a potential "Joker" tight end conversion. In adding two pounds and posting an impressive 17 reps of 225 pounds Tuesday, those projections could gain steam for some.

I can't say enuff how much i like the kid. He can move All over the field and as a added bonus he can play TE? wow.

#2696647 Nicks officially a Colt per Schefter

Posted by micnificent28 on 14 March 2014 - 09:58 PM

I don't see how there are so many people still believing in the gettleman plan. this is sickening. "Calm down everyone gettlew is doing whatever every other gm has been doing". I ve never seen a franchise cut it's number one wr without having a replacement or even a number 2 or 3 on the roster. This is dumb however you spin it.

I swear some of you could find a way to justify the holocaust. There is no excuse for this abomination that gettleman is producing. When had a franchise that went to the playoffs just blew up there offense to prove a point. There no money involovedw in this. Gettleman just had to prove apoint that hes the boss. fug gettleman and fug whoever defends this horsecrap.
