I am chill bro lol I don't know why you're telling me to calm down. Maybe it's the way I worded it but I wasn't being passive aggressive.

My fault. We're good haha.

Not bloody likely.

Dude, this isn't news. All Real Madrid fans have long known that Di Maria asked for the transfer weeks ago. This quote by Carlo doesn't change his price. It's either €60m or GTFO.

Ok. Calm the fug down. I know the world revolves around Real Madrid, but I promise things will be ok.

#2896352 2014 College Football Season

It is almost time for the 2014-15 College Football season. The AP Preseason Top 25 has been released and we are just over a week away from the first game.

Also new to this season is the 4-team playoff format.  While this doesn't exactly eliminate the controversy inherent in college football, it is a step in the right direction.

#2896268 2014/15 Barclays Premier League Season

Better lucky then good eh guys? That last goal was almost as off-sides as Ramses was. Southampton did look really good though. I think they may be a surprise this season. Almost everyone (including me) wrote them off with Poch and the multitude of players leaving this summer.

Aguero's effort today was amazing at the end of the Manc game, but that RCB should be shot for not following up and cutting off his second kick.

At the end of the day though, it's all about who wants it more, and obviously the guys who won the game for their team did so. Grats to all the winners this weekend!

Almost offside is onside.

I really thought with Gerrard and Lucas in there that we would be stout with our whole defense. I love what Manquillo brings with his effort and youth. I'm excited to see Moreno back there too. Anyone else notice the reference to "the bowels of Bank of America Stadium, in Charlotte, NC."?

There was just a huge void between our holding mids and our forwards. It's why no one was there to close down in Southampton when a forward was dispossessed. We need to run two DMs and have someone play along the left wing, so Coutinho can remain in a central role. Disperse play more evenly.

I love the "He always hits the target" comment about Ramsey when he's a foot away from goal. Lol.

How's Schalke 04 looking this offseason? I don't keep up much with Bundesliga (which needs to change), but I've got a soft spot for them since they gave us that little German Dynamo, Holtby.

If Huntelaar can stay healthy and isn't transferred, they should be able to make champions league. I find myself supporting S04 some as well.

Yeah, I'm thinking third or fourth but all I'm saying is I won't be totally shocked if we win.  Yeah, I wish we would too especially because Sturridge is always going to have injury concerns I'm afraid.  I'm really PUMPED about the Origi signing (he's 19!!!!!!!!!!!!) but obviously he won't be a help to us until next year.  I guess we could still make a push at Cavani or Falcao, not sure we have the funds for either.  I'm not even sure who all is out there.

Yea. Origi is a great investment for the future. He is powerful and quick. It will be good for him to stay at Lille one more season.

Cavani and Falcao are both on £300,000/week at their respective clubs, and I'm afraid we're just not going to break our wage scale to bring them in, even if the transfer fee could be achieved. I'm not 100% sure why we aren't in for Marco Reus. He's on £65,000/week at Dortmund, so even if we doubled his wages, he's still well within our wage scale. I bet he could be had for £40m too. He's versatile and can occupy the #9 role or slip out wide and play as a scoring winger. Exactly the type of attacker Rodgers likes.

We'll see. Maybe Rodgers is working on a surprise.

I'm certainly not discounting the loss of Suarez. It will be a huge hit and I don't think we will challenge for the title this year. That said, we scored 101 goals last season. We won't need to come anywhere near that to make top 4. We also, in my opinion, made our back 4 much stronger.

I'll say it again though...we will not challenge for the title this year. Finishing 4th will be a success.
