#3223427 Superbowl over hyped to the point of nauseum

Posted by Mr Mojo Risin on 29 January 2015 - 02:26 PM

I know people around here don't like the Patriots or Tom Brady but the fact is Brady is going to go down in history as one of the best Qbs to ever play the game. I consider myself lucky to be able to have watched many of his games. I was too young to watch the other great Qbs like Marino, Young, Elway, Favre's younger years. Maybe some of you guys are a bit spoiled because you got to grow up watching those great Qbs I missed out on. Nothing lasts forever in the NFL and whether you don't care to admit it Tom is going to go down as one of the best I'm glad I get to watch him in another Superbowl. It's all about perspective. Him and Peyton will be talked about 20+ years from now. I'll be glad to say I got to watch their entire careers.

#3221548 Cam Newton: A Franchise QB?

It is a good read it's worth clicking the link

#3221506 Yeah...You're not gonna like this (comments from Bobby Wagner)

Why does Person still have a job? It's been long enough that whoever IS in charge of his job needs to be fired as well...I have enough reason to believe they are just as retarded as Person is.

#3200486 Cam's Most Important Offseason Yet

Posted by Mr Mojo Risin on 12 January 2015 - 12:53 PM

Everyone blames Tolbert for that drop, but if Cam puts even the slightest bit of touch on the ball it's a huge gain.

Tolbert has to catch that sure it was a fast ball but it hit him right in the hands in the chest region as an NFL player you have to make that play

Whoa whoa whoa.

Nickelback is Canadian
Creed is Tallahassee, FL

Seattle is Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Heart, Pearl Jam, etc. Don't you dare blame them for Nickelback.. thats low.

He's as healthy as he will be until the season ends. Will probably have surgery in the offseason as he's been playing on a bad ankle all year but is wearing a special cleat to alleviate the pain. Kam is a monster though.. and the anti-Sherman in attitude (though I of course LOVE Sherman and all the arrogance that comes with him)

Shhhhh! Don't let people know Seattle is a beautiful city. It's rainy, gloomy and full of everything awful. Stay away. ;)

Can't forget Alice In Chains one of my all time favorites forsure

#3183461 QBs Seattle has faced in 6-game winning streak

Posted by Mr Mojo Risin on 06 January 2015 - 06:51 PM

You guys really drink the kool-aid when it comes to Cam. Every game I watch he's overthrowing passes, making poor decisions and showing poor mechanics and footwork. He looks every bit of his 26th in the NFL QBR.

Hopefully I'm wrong and you all are right. I don't want a repeat of last years game against SF.

Right you're one of those guys that think statistics tells the whole story and they don't. Do you not remember weeks 1-9 where we had the sorriest excuse of an o line in the entire NFL? Please enlighten me name a qb that finished in the top 10 of QBR with a bottom 5 o line and virtually no running game to speak of in the last 10 years, I'll wait.

#3181324 Which Jersey Color Are The Panthers Going To Wear?

Posted by Mr Mojo Risin on 05 January 2015 - 06:20 PM

Why not the blues?

Because for whatever reason this team loves wearing the Whites.

#3181289 Which Jersey Color Are The Panthers Going To Wear?

Posted by Mr Mojo Risin on 05 January 2015 - 06:03 PM

Not been announced but you can almost guarantee it's gonna be the white ones

That's what I figured kind of lame but whatever gives us the best chance to win I'm all for it, lol.

#3177875 Someone Finally "Gets" Cam Newton

Posted by Mr Mojo Risin on 04 January 2015 - 04:08 PM

That also may be why he was a little off last night. (Rainy conditions too)

Ball was definitely slipping out of his hands on a few throws. Some of the people bitching about his accuracy also didn't take into account how wet the field was. I think that was the main cause of the fumble as well. The camera constantly showed Cam running to the sideline to dry his hands off.

#3177266 Honest discussion on Cam's accuracy issues.

Posted by Mr Mojo Risin on 04 January 2015 - 12:31 PM

People are acting like Cam played like sh*t even the NFL articles are saying we won in spite of him. Cam is a damn good quarter back and an even better person. Everyone trashing him calling him inaccurate and stuff need to shut the hell up and realize that we are in the divisional round of the playoffs for the second CONSECUTIVE time. Why are you guys constantly on his dick? He isn't perfect no one is so stop expecting him to be. Do you guys watch any other football games other than Panthers ones? If you do you'll notice Cam isn't the only one in the league that messes up. This is getting ridiculous no matter what he does it will never be good enough for you people.

#3168537 $$$ Cam $$$

Posted by Mr Mojo Risin on 02 January 2015 - 02:06 AM

A bunch of whiners in here. How about this, respond to the topic at hand if you do not like the topic being discussed simply go about your business no sense in bitching about it that does absolutely nothing but make you look like a 14 year old girl

#3167055 Is Dave Gettelmen already the best GM in the south? ?

Posted by Mr Mojo Risin on 01 January 2015 - 11:49 AM

Haha winning cures everything doesnt it? No doubt he has a great eye for talent and he's found some gems but lets not forget he was also the guy who had no problem sending out nate chandler and byron bell as our tackles and roman harper and thomas decoud and antoine cason as our secondary

The GM doesn't choose the depth chart the coaches do. They all agreed that those players should be used as starters Dave continued to bring in talent our coaches just didn't put them on the field or in some of the cases (Bene Turner Boston) were all injured at one point. I wouldn't blame Dave for that.

#3165793 comp picks?

Posted by Mr Mojo Risin on 31 December 2014 - 11:43 AM

# of players doesn't matter really only salaries matter.

#3165561 Is this team in position to cut CJ this off-season? ?

Posted by Mr Mojo Risin on 31 December 2014 - 09:15 AM

You've gotta consider the 2016 to 2015 difference in savings v. talent. I think CJ and Kalil's names may get tossed around, but they aren't moving anywhere. Our dead cap is 20 million freaking dollars less next year. No need to continue to just banish all Hurney contracted players..some make sense for another year or two.

DeAngelo will need to go but we can carve out enough to not warrant just cutting CJ for really no reason (We're not really that cap strapped anymore). Makes no sense IMO.

We are actually very cap strapped still. We have like 20 some players under contract next year that count for almost 120 million dollars...not good

#3162423 Ndamukong Suh suspended 1 game

Posted by Mr Mojo Risin on 29 December 2014 - 03:17 PM

Lol I hate the NFL. I mean seriously. I don't disagree with them suspending Donkey Dick but that Burfict debacle still irritates the fug out of me. Can't do anything to the poster boys but you can damn near break Cam and Greg Olsons ankle by twisting it after the plays over. Just more proof that Goodell is a fuging retard and has absolutely no business being commissioner of this league. He. Fu*king. SUCKS!
