After this pitiful showing by the Panthers tonight on National Prime Time TV,we can not piss and moan about not getting shown any respect.

#2958484 PFT: NFL may suspend Hardy

Posted by PantherFanOne on 16 September 2014 - 04:39 PM

My opinion: You let him play! He has not been convicted. What I remember was hardy had a good defense vs that chick and it was a" he said she said" case but the judge charged him any ways? Am I right? I would understand if there's video or something. Play him and wait for the verdict!

Ib4: grammar police

This case should have been thrown out of court but the woman judge did not have enough balls (no pun intended) to do the right thing because she was afraid of the back lash she would receive.

#2958015 Jags sign WR Tavarres King off Practice Squad

#Jaguars also signed WR Tavarres King off the #Panthers practice squad.

I only wish he had been signed by an NFL team. :)

#2947384 I just met Ben Roethlisberger

Posted by PantherFanOne on 13 September 2014 - 01:25 PM

So I am watching football at the pool bar at the Ritz Carlton in Lake Oconee GA. Ben sits down with his wife across from me. I asked him if he was worried about the Panthers next week, specifically the D, he says "nope not at all". I told him good luck, and he says, "you should be telling the Panthers Good Luck"....

And for the record, it didn't look like he roofied his wife.

I hope for your sake you didn't visit the bathroom the same time as Big Ben  :)

#2945717 If I were Greg Hardy...

Lmao. Dumb idea.

No charity is gonna take that money.

You can bet that as long as there are dollar bills printed, that's how long a charity will take the money offered them and run to the bank.

#2945670 If I were Greg Hardy...

Posted by PantherFanOne on 12 September 2014 - 01:44 PM

Wfnz just said their sources are saying the team is discussing cutting Hardy by 4pm today.

If the Panthers give in to all this witch hunt crap, stirred up and fueled by the media (especially the turncoat Liberal Charlotte Observer), then I have lost all respect for them. For heavens sake Greg Hardy has not even be tryed by a jury of his peers. If he is thrown under the bus to appease the media and the other idiots before his trail, the Panthers lose all of their

credibility in my eyes.

She did as you said but no one is saying anything about that. She provoked him, he rung her bell. Both of them are perpetrators of domestic violence. Feminist say men and women are equal unless it's domestic violence that is.

Yes, that is called double standards. If some big macho butch woman beat the crap out of some frail man, would there be a public outcry? I think not.

#2944998 MSNBC Morning Joe: Hardy, Panthers and the War on Women

Posted by PantherFanOne on 12 September 2014 - 07:03 AM

If you haven't seen it yet, find the long segment this morning on MSNBC 'Morning Joe' on Hardy and the Panthers.

Short Recap:  They expect Hardy to not play Sunday, not after the bitch fest they are undertaking on the subject

Hardy was Found Guilty, thats all that matters....

...but Hardy is our Franchise Player therefor the Panthers and Jerry Richardson and company have NO INTEGRITY and it appears are, until bend to the Media's will, the new national whipping boy and face of their "War on Women" Narrative.

oh, did I mention Hardy was found guilty in court...

They are literally shaming Richardson and now saying that if he has any integrity he will follow the moral example of the Ravens this week and release Hardy...

This is on pace to turn into a national story and bitch fest until the Panthers or NFL suspend Hardy.

We are likely to lose Hardy until he is found Not Guilty in his Jury trial in Nov, unless something comes along soon to distract the National media.

The ones doing all this sob sister crying about Hardy would jump for joy if we released him next week and their favorite NFL team was able to sign him. What a bunch of losers they are.

#2942254 Going after hardy now is basically a witch hunt

Posted by PantherFanOne on 10 September 2014 - 08:34 PM

I'm still waiting for a mob full of reactionary loons to go storming down Mint Street looking for Hardy. Let the court system decide his fate and be patient. If he's found guilty, then he will face personal and professional punishment. Until then, stop acting like fools. That includes the media, and anyone else getting caught up in emotional hoopla and nonsense.

The Liberal media, the Charlotte Observer included are about done milking the ,change the Redskins name, so they need a new cause like this to beat, until it becomes a dead horse.

#2940103 Until found guilty by a jury of your peers.

Posted by PantherFanOne on 09 September 2014 - 07:26 PM

The Charlotte Observer is suddenly on their high horse. First, the stopped using the Redskins' name, and now they're calling for Greg Hardy's head. Hilarious.

What more could you expect out of a Liberal rag that shows their bias opinion every chance they get.

#2934601 What we learned about today's game against Tampa Bay

Posted by PantherFanOne on 07 September 2014 - 07:02 PM

I'm obviously no expert on this stuff so I'm just spitballing here, but I don't understand the point of sitting Cam this week only to play next week.  I've mostly heard that this isn't the sort of injury that will be all that different 7 days from now than it is at this point...so what was gained from sitting him today if we're gonna play him week 2?  I don't know, I must have some misconceptions about this injury or something.

In my opinion, the main reason we set him this week,in addition to his injury, was the fact he hasn't had a lot of practice getting  timing down with our receivers.

I learned that we can't totally rely on our defense to close out a game once we get a lead. Stop all this concervative play calling and continue doing the type plays  that got us the lead. To me the sit on lead type calling is almost like playing scared.

#2919537 Caplan: Stephen Hill trying out for Panthers today

Posted by PantherFanOne on 01 September 2014 - 01:16 PM

Stephen Hill is the one player that i kept scanning the waiver wires to see who would pick him up the day he was released, hoping we  would do it instantly if he fell to us..

Since we didn't, this is the next best thing and if Ricky Proehl and the coaching staff see fit to keep him in hopes of  helping Hill improve the talent he already has, then it will certainly be alright with me.

#2917313 Final Panther cuts 8-30-2014
