Bit early but gives everyone time to get the discussion rolling. Who's your favorite commit in your class already (either verbal or already enrolled early)? Who's the big fish left on your teams board that you want. Most underrated recruit in your teams class? Most overrated? Any bold predictions for these guys Freshman years?
Favorite Commit: Probably Chuma Edoga who's already enrolled. Athletic OT/OG, Five star out of GA and he was teammates with a couple of the best players in next years cycle so might open some chances USC wouldn't have had otherwise.
Big Fish: USC has four huge fish left, and most signs point to them going four for four. They grabbed five star LB Osa Masina last Friday but they're far from done. Still on the board are five stars Porter Gustin, Rasheem Greene and four star John Houston. Houston and Greene go to Serra High which is a USC pipeline of sorts over the last several years, and Gustin seems to be headed USC's way being that his entire family over 30 deep traveled to see the campus with him on his Official, and he has been back several times on unofficials despite the distance from Utah. Oh and there's this dude named Iman "Biggie" Marshall who despite playing the field and enjoying visits should be a USC signing day commit as well. Five star lockdown corner with unlimited potential.
Most Underrated: Aca'Cedric Ware or Ykili Ross. Both could see early playing time with departures of Buck Allen, Nelson Agholor and George Farmer (still shocked Farmer left). Ware is an explosive RB from TX who could contribute on Offense and ST and Ross is a ATH/Safety who in the mold of Marqise Lee and Ju Ju Smith will likely play on Offense. Ross seems like an unreal talent from everything I've seen from him, and I wouldn't be shocked to see him win the #3 WR job in the Fall.
Most Overrated: Cole Smith. Center prospect, but I'm not sure he's ever going to break into the starting lineup. He's not overly powerful, and his movement ability is limited. Feel like he's going to be a career rotational backup.
Bold Prediction: Biggie Marshall has five interceptions in his Freshman year including two pick sixes. Ronald Jones II ends up finishing the season as the starting RB.
New Blizzard IP. Looks very similar to Team Fortress. Beta to be held in 2015. Interested for sure, hope it's got an RPG element to it where you build a skill tree based on experience you gain throughout matches.
