#2678218 Panther's want Munnerlyn back?

Posted by rscott94 on 07 March 2014 - 01:16 PM

They're doing the same thing they did last season... Letting him test the market and showing him we're the only team that wants him.

Lets see if that backfires this time.

TCU CB Jason Verrett says he will work out for Carolina tomorrow.

TCU CB Jason Verrett will work out for the Panthers on Friday.
Verrett will undergo shoulder surgery to repair a torn labrum shortly after. The 5'9/189 lbs cornerback has displayed excellent skills from the slot and the outside, attacking the catch point thanks to great vision, leaping ability, aggression and closing speed. He would be a great pickup if the Panthers cannot resign Captain Munnerlyn, who thrived as a slot corner and blitzer last year.Mar 6 - 1:10 PM

If I had to bet on it... We'll face him twice a year in those ugly new uni's.

I thought Wesley killed that guy... I'll never forget that lol.

#2673631 Report: Eugene Monroe option for Panthers

Posted by rscott94 on 03 March 2014 - 07:05 PM

I'd love this... We draft James Hurst or Seantrel Henderson in the later rounds and have them there hopefully to start at RT but you know how Rivera love Bell.

#2673178 Should he be considered

Posted by rscott94 on 03 March 2014 - 12:59 PM

Wouldn't mind him here... Him and Cam seemed to have a good relationship at the probowl so there's that...

But we have no $$$$$$$$$$$$

#2669178 Panthers, Hardy talking long-term deal

Posted by rscott94 on 27 February 2014 - 09:02 PM

I'm really thinking we'll get him on a long term deal... (no link provided). Just hope it's not the whole cap and we're stuck with (insert name here) at LT.

#2668456 Building an OL

Posted by rscott94 on 27 February 2014 - 12:29 PM

Very true but at this point I believe Campbell would be an upgrade over Bell. This is assuming of course who we'll sign and/or draft, and if he'll start right away.

I'm 170lbs and 5'9 I think I could compete with Bell lol

#2668023 We MIGHT* be tagging Hardy *Zod is in denial

Posted by rscott94 on 27 February 2014 - 12:11 AM

I'm fine with this... But we have to make more space.. Expecting Godfrey and Edwards to be cut and hopefully get a LT and RT

Michael Oher/Eugene Monroe LT (try and land one if we can't get the other)

Geoff Schwartz RT/RG

Resign Ginn, Mitchell, and Gano to cheap deals and draft BPA BOOM!!

One can dream

#2666375 Your Favorite Player After The Combine

Posted by rscott94 on 25 February 2014 - 09:30 PM

I really hope that Gman will not panic and reach for an OT at 28. Morgan Moses is intriguing but has not show me 1st round talent. The only OT that may be available at 28 that I would not mind is Tiny Richardson. Hoping that Gman will address OT through FA. Breno Giacomini is a man that I really like.

This.. I hope we try and address both tackle positions in free agency even at the expense of The Kraken unfortunately

#2665888 With the news of Jordan retiring, how does the Panthers proceed in the Draft?

Posted by rscott94 on 25 February 2014 - 03:33 PM

BPA... You don't pull a Cowboys and take a third round prospect (Travis Frederick) in the first

#2665838 Ron Rivera: "I'm confident we'll retain Greg Hardy"

Posted by rscott94 on 25 February 2014 - 03:11 PM

Wonder how confident he is now that he has a clusterf**ck of a offensive line (With Kalil being the only solid piece)?

#2665828 Unbelievable Article. Absolutely must read.
