San Francisco

San Diego

New York

And for LA area as a traveller I'd suggest Santa Monica/West LA/LA Live/Manhattan Beach.

#2781687 There's no way we're carrying 5 RB's on the 53

Williams is overpaid, wrong side of the 30.
Stewart is overpaid, wrong side of the 30.

Barner and Gaffney are the future with the same production. Both were outstanding in college, two different types of backs.

It seems stupid now to have geffney, but isn't it frustrating to have so kind much money tied up in RBs? Well my friends, here are your cheap, effective replacements.

stewart just turned 27 in march lol

#2780733 We didn't do Cam any favors, and if this is it we're gonna have some...

At our second pick I wanted one of Robinson, Moses, Ealy...seemed like Moses and Robinson were both BPA and a need so looking back at that pick maybe another direction would have been better, but I get the Ealy pick in terms of leverage/long term need and the value.  He obviously wasn't high on the OT's in this class because we had plenty of opportunities yet passed (ahem Fleming rd 4) . Hopefully we resign Wharton and add someone after cuts.

How is he a 2nd round talent if 32 NFL GM's haven't picked him in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th rounds?

and if you use this logic all the time then Kony Ealy is a fringe round 2-3 talent...but I and many others would quickly say he is a last first talent.

When it comes down to it I hope we just get an OL/CB/WR. It's is exciting when they take a guy you know about or expected though haha.

#2772828 For those that wanted Lee

How many USC wr's still playing in the NFL?

Off the top of my head just Robert Woods. In his last year at USC Lee put up over double the yards Woods did. And Woods had a pretty solid rookie year and Buffalo just traded Stevie Johnson because they obviously have confidence in him as their 2 next to Watkins. I understand people might not want him for his technique but he has the work ethic and attitude to make adjustments, I think he will be a good player in the NFL.

In addition to yours, Marqise Lee.  It wouldn't shock me if he ends up the second best WR in the class behind Watkins.  His game speed is really impressive. It looks like he just glides by guys, so smooth. Want him badly at 28.

#2765601 REPORT: Joel Bitonio will be the pick at 28

Posted by Double Trouble on 07 May 2014 - 06:17 PM

Well if we were willing to trade up for Cooks or Lee, wouldn't that mean one of them would be the pick over Bitonio if either were to fall? lol

#2757590 Dark Horse Candidate at 28: Xavier Su'a Filo

That said I'd rather get a WR (LEE!)
But Xavier>Bitonio

Charlie Campbell: 4/21/2014

(1) Marqise Lee, WR, USC
(2) Ju'Wuan James, OT, Tennessee
(3) Telvin Smith, OLB/S, FSU
(4) Dakota Dozier, OG, Furman
(5) Richard Rodgers, TE, Cal

Walter: 4/23/2014

(1) Marqise Lee, WR, USC
(2) Cyrus Kouandjio, OT, Alabama
(3) Jarvis Landry, WR, LSU
(4) Christian Kirksey, LB, Iowa
(5) Deion Belue, CB, Alabama

Was checking these out earlier. If we get Marqise Lee this entire draft is a win to me. I think Charlie Campbell's draft is more realistic though. I don't see us taking a WR in the 3rd if we get one in the first.
