#2904923 The moment your heart nearly stopped

If his back is fine by Thursday, I think you have to let Cam play and get that timing and reps down with those receivers.

#2853661 Explain to me: Why Lance makes the Hornets that much better.

Posted by Bj-Monster23 on 16 July 2014 - 08:33 AM

At 23 Lance is a two way player with room to grow and improve. A 3 year deal for him was a steal by the front office because we didn't give me a max and I believe we are still under the cap. Lance definitely makes the Hornets a top 5 team in the East this year.

#2844748 Hayward agrees to sign

I been hearing a lot about the Jazz will match the offer, but for some reason I just don't believe they will. Well at least i hope they don't match it.

#2840282 Gordon Hayward to visit Hornets next week.

If you believe Gerald Henderson is a better player then Gordon Hayward you are not watching basketball. I wouldn't put Gerald Henderson in the same conversation with Gordon Hayward.

#2834437 Rockets declined Chandler Parsons 4th-year option

If you can get a player like Chandler Parsons and not over spend, you take that player hands down. I'm sure Rich Cho and Jordan knows what they are doing. Soon we will see their intentions in free Agency.

#2833370 Vonleh Is A Wasted Pick!

Posted by Bj-Monster23 on 27 June 2014 - 10:15 AM

I will just leave this here. I believe Vonleh has star type potential. Right now he is only 18, I believe he will have a huge impact on the Hornets and might potentially become the star that we was looking for. Looking at his game a little bit he reminds me of Surge Ibaka.

Check out this video and be happy. The Hornets are back and we will have a very good team.

#2829862 LeBron James Opts Out

Posted by Bj-Monster23 on 25 June 2014 - 10:39 AM

Eh, it was a joke, but if I was MJ I would say screw Lebron.

I completely understand that. I'm hoping MJ and Cho will make the right decisions for this team. Lebron is a great player and any team would love to have him on their team.

...because of that stare down dunk that LeBron gave him in the Bobcats playoff game this year.

No because Lebron is still the best player in the league and we have cap space and assets to become a very good team.

#2820844 What's next for the Heat's Big 3?

Posted by Bj-Monster23 on 16 June 2014 - 08:00 AM

They should blow it up in my opinion. They can't win another championship with the core of that team anymore. Not only did they just lose the finals they got exposed as well. As far as another big 3, look at Houston. They will have a chance this offseason to get Melo. Thing's are going to get real interesting this summer.

#2818736 so IF we draft McBuckets at #9....

Posted by Bj-Monster23 on 13 June 2014 - 11:45 AM

I had a chance to catch a few Creighton games this season with Doug McDermott playing. My honest opinion on him is that he was a great college player and played for a team that his father coached. As far as him going to NBA and playing on the wing, I really believe he will definitely struggle. It's not because he is a caucasian American but it's just the way the game is played now. He doesn't have the athletic ability to keep up with the small forwards that he will match up against. He is only 6'8 so he is definitely too small to play the 4. I'm not being bias or anything like that but at best I believe he will be a shooter that comes off the bench. So I pretty much see him being a role player.

I just don't believe Gordon Hayward is worth that much money. We will regret it if we do it.

#2523516 I wasn't sold.

Posted by Bj-Monster23 on 02 December 2013 - 12:42 PM

A year or so back I was a regular fan on this forum day and night. Now I barely get a chance to get up here and if I do get a chance I just browse but never post or respond to others posts. Going into this season I wasn't sure what type of team we would be or even if we could win 6 games due to what I have seen from the previous seasons. The first 3 or 4 games to start the season I was just like everyone else and I pretty much figured that the season will be over and Ron Rivera will be fired. The season continues and I saw the Panthers go on a sudden streak of beating a couple teams like the Vikings, Rams, and Falcons. Even though we had won those games I still felt that we haven't played anyone and that we will continue to finish this season will a losing record. Now that we are at the point that this team is 9-3 and pretty much have control of their own destiny I can now say I am sold on this team and I’m very proud of those guys. Not only did they prove me wrong but they proved a lot of others wrong. It's really just a shame if you ask me that we are not getting the media attention like we should. But hopefully when playoffs come we will finally garner the attention and prove to everyone that our team is legit and we are going for the super bowl.

                          Now I’m sold.
