If we could swing Bosh it might be worth it. But isn't he on a long term deal? I'd be reticent to commit to him for the long term with his age what it is combined with all the minutes he's logged.

I think at this point we might need to move Lance to the bench and use him like the spurs use Ginobli. Not sure who we would start over him but letting him go nuts with the backups for 25 minutes a game might maximize his potential. Maybe start neal at the 2, Mkg to the 3(when healthy) and start Zeller. A bench squad of Roberts, lance, hairston, Marvin and biz could be decent.

Too late...

How are you going to trade that $13M PER between the two of them, lol?

Swap them with the Knicks for Barganani? The salaries are close and he is an expiring that can hit threes. Doubt the Knicks would do it but we can dream.

Those pieces aren't as good as people think.

Kemba is an average PG.

Lance is an average PG/SF hybrid.

MKG is a great defender/rebounder but terrible offensive player.

Big Al is a great post scorer but black hole at everything else.

Absolutely no outside scoring or post depth.

I think MKG is better on offense than people think but with the way the teams constructed it is hard to see. If he was surrounded by shooters and could just slash/cut to the basket he could average 15 points a game no problem. Hell if Clifford would just give him 36-38 minutes a game he'd probably average 15 points solely because of his hustle.
