#3355978 Home Workout Advice Needed

Posted by NCstoner420 on Yesterday, 08:19 AM

Do you live within walking/running distance of a park with a playground? If so go there and you can do pullups on the monkey bars. If not find a tree with a low branch and do them there. You can pretty much do pullups anywhere you can get your knees off the ground. This video will give you an idea about the many places you can do pullups.

His site has some great information on it so give it a read.

Played against second stringers all night and made one play

Got handled easily by backup RT for Bills

No he did not, I only watched Ealy and he played great. You have much to learn if you're only measuring success on sacks and hurries.

Ok, will do, but that sounds bizarre. It's not like regular shoes provide much more protection. (my current athletic shoes have a mostly fabric upper)

That was exactly what I said when I pointed to a pair of regular shoes. It had to do with their insurance policy because they treat them as being barefoot.

I've been reading a little about nutella, I'm gonna give that a try.

I have him eating pretty healthy and he's very open to new things which is awesome for a 6 year old.   I try to limit his sweet intake to just a few times a week. However when I make brownies he gets like 1 or two and i eat like 4 and daddy cleans the rest out. He's skinny as a toothpick but I still don't like him eating junk for health reasons and habits.

My children hardly know what junk food is aside from ice cream or cake on their birthdays. We eat a ton of vegetables and I feel if you start them off young then they'll continue to eat healthy the rest of their lives.
