I have found so many benefits from writing. Since I was young, I'm used to write everything that I feel. It may be a poem, a paragraph or a letter or whatever it is as long as I can write it makes me feel better. It decreases the burden and depression inside my body. Through writing, your knowledge will increase and can decrease tension and stress.
