#2853847 NFL.com: Cam Newton primed to regress

Posted by Jesse on 16 July 2014 - 10:28 AM

With the uncertainty of running back Jonathan Stewart (ankle), unproven wide receivers outside of Steve Smith, question marks in the secondary

Even Newton, ESPN's beat writer said the same things last year and look what we accomplished.

#2846158 NFL.com Names (scratch that, Admits) Kuechly is the best LB

Posted by Jesse on 11 July 2014 - 09:55 AM

NFL.com is now on the same plane as Bleacher Report. They both fugging suck and write articles off speculation and shitty "insider sources".

I agree that Kuechly is one dominant badass, but I don't even bother with that site that - it takes no pride in real journalism.

#2834673 Thomas Davis more than likely will retire a Panther

Posted by Jesse on 28 June 2014 - 08:22 PM

It gives me chills to think about what football can do for people and everyone around them. I think TD was criminally underrated last year and deserves nothing but love from our fan base. Not many people have the courage or passion that he does--coming back from three ACL surgeries and a somewhat rare heart condition. Thomas Davis is an inspirational guy that should (IMO) be thought of one of the greatest Panthers for his dedication and loyalty to Carolina.

#2833893 What is the Worst Fan Base in the NFL

Posted by Jesse on 27 June 2014 - 08:38 PM

Those creole, gumbo eating, french speaking, overweight, smelly Saint bandwagon fans from what is the asshole of the United States.

The only good thing about DD are their munchkins and tea

#2820045 Worst thing Arizona can do

Fug em, I couldn't care less about their salary situation. He's not going to change what the NFL and NFLPA agreed upon during the lockout.

#2817975 The bright side

Posted by Jesse on 12 June 2014 - 06:25 PM

A well written post, 1. No mention of past wide receivers, 2. An honest showing about Shula's upside/efficiency and not just the numbers, 3. Positive breakdown of things we hope to see this upcoming season, 4.

Probably one of the best posts I've seen in a while. Glad to see some optimism on this board. Here's to back-to-back winning seasons.

#2815338 Cam Newton BELIEVES in the USMNT

#2809729 Drafting a new QB every 4-5 years

You don't let your (in our case) best player walk.

#2785153 Gaffney calls out... Richard Sherman

Posted by Jesse on 13 May 2014 - 07:26 PM

They did play together for 2 seasons so maybe there's tension between the two. That, or he's just trying to get his name out there.

#2770408 Not feeling good right now....

Posted by Jesse on 08 May 2014 - 11:00 PM

At pick twenty fuggin eight he was the best playmaker on the board IMO. I'm positive he dominants in the redzone.

#2748917 2014 SCHEDULE

Posted by Jesse on 23 April 2014 - 07:04 PM

I'm not a fan of the week 8 and week 9 game times... That'll be a tough 2-weeks.

#2740458 Panther's QB Derek Anderson in Trouble With the Law...

Posted by Jesse on 15 April 2014 - 10:19 PM

Not really in trouble, all he needs to do is get some lighter windows and he's fine.

#2738815 Does arm length (OT) really matter?

Posted by Jesse on 14 April 2014 - 09:01 AM

Leverage, strength, speed, hand placement, and scheme are all more important than a guy's arm length.
