1/2 lb bacon ( cook in pot , remove bacon, leave grease)
5 stalks celery diced
1 white onion diced
Put celery and onion in grease cook til tender
5 leg potatoes skinned dice in 1/2" chunks. Boil.
16oz chopped clam
16oz baby clams
16oz clam juice.
Crumble bacon add all ingredients together.
Add two pints of half and half.
Cook together for 1 hour.
Add instant mash potatoes to thicken soup to likening.
