#3151588 I think josh Norman was crying after he fumbled

Posted by rayzor on 23 December 2014 - 08:55 PM

What point?

He said that I was making it as if I was the only one able to see his talent when I clearly typed " some of you shits". See the word "some"?

And to the point of him getting penalized for being passionate, Sherman is passionate but because he's a " vet" its hardly noticed by the officials.

So please explain the validity of his point.

this...

Poo talk that hypes you up and gets into opponents head = good
Poo talk that cost yards and gets penalties.. = bad.

that probably would have been the top play of the week had he not dropped it. he had done a great job to that point, esp. on that play. the interception was fantastic to watch and he was doing a really good job directing blockers, but he forgot to protect the ball.

he'll learn. that guy will have lots more opportunities like that. he will redeem himself. hopefully soon.

#3150627 Voth speaks the truth on Cam

Love cam but he was not flawless Sunday.. It qualifies as a gutty effort but he was just ok, we could have lost if we weren't playing cleveland

you must have missed the word 'nearly'.

#3149593 Rivera: "Learned from first Atlanta game to stay aggressive"

Posted by rayzor on 22 December 2014 - 03:46 PM

ron is just dumb with occassional flashes of not being dumb but then reverting back to being dumb quickly.

they didn't stay aggressive yesterday. they backed off and the browns caught the lead. then we had to get aggressive all over again to come back. the browns shouldn't have come as close to winning as they had. we got the lead, went into the half and tapped the brakes. it was the same ol' story we'd seen time and time again. fortunately cam was able to make things turn around, but we need to not have to rely on that.

i'm beyond the point of believing he's turned a new leaf because we see it all the time. we are vying for a chance at the playoffs now in spite of him...actually you could say that we would have won the division outright were it not for him forgetting everythiung he supposedly learned last year and turning back to paddleboat ron instead of riverboat.

#3148429 Do We Have a Kicking Problem?

Posted by rayzor on 21 December 2014 - 10:38 PM

gano is nowhere near close to being the problem shula is or our red zone efficiency.

and it's not his fault that he keeps on getting put in positions where he is asked to kick 45+ yarders so frequently because we have a HC who can't manage a game worth a crap after 4 years on the job.

tbh, i trust him a whole lot more than i trust rivera/shula.

#3148126 Most NFL media people are predicting Panthers/Falcons will be flexed to SNF

we've got to learn to play in prime time at some point because, you know, playoffs and the superbowl are kind of prime time games.

#3147552 Cam calls Panther fans classless (Manziel injury)

Posted by rayzor on 21 December 2014 - 06:01 PM

Fans were cheering the hit, not that he was hurt. He got right back up initially. Gantt already knew that, though.

just like you knew that neither gantt nor cam were "making a blanket statement, or ripping his entire fanbase." but you decided to make a thread making it seem as if one or the other was doing just that?

or did you just not bother to read the article you posted?

Newton wasn’t making a blanket statement, or ripping his entire fanbase. Just the stupid ones, who cheered when an opponent was down.

from the article.

thanks for trying to stir poo up, tho.

#3147446 lets hear it for bersin

I'm of the opinion that he intentionally put the ball on the ground while in his grasp. Watch the replay and you'll see he only got one foot down and his momentum would have carried his shoulder OB. By putting the ball down, he was then down before his shoulder landed OB.

Underrated and under appreciated if you don't see that part of it.

i noticed that as well. you can tell watching it, esp. in slow motion, that he decides at the last moment to land with the ball on the ground and it wasn't to break his fall. very smart play on his part.

#3146994 Now That We've Won, Let's Collectively Marvel At Norman's Incred...

Posted by rayzor on 21 December 2014 - 04:14 PM

Like I said before, Josh Normans worst enemy is Josh Norman.  Not Ron Rivera, not WR's,  it's himself.  Once he masters himself then we are good to go.

i think he's very close to accomplishing that. his brain farts are becoming fewer and further between.
