I don't know about making a list based on them, but in my opinion, the main intangibles are leadership, mental and physical toughness, stones, clutch ability, work ethic. Maybe more if I think a bit more.

nonetheless it is one thing that everyone has a different definition because there's no formal or official meaning out there and a lot of the terms you suggested are hard for people to judge correctly without looking deeper into stats and sometimes having to put 2 and 2 together on your own, and some of them are extremely hard for people to judge without actually watching a QB in a game situation and take note of the way he runs the offense, say for example, when he's trying to drive down the field for a score late in the game.

You are right RB, that is part of why I think it is such a hard position to evaluate. It's much more than just physical talent.
