Don't feel bad, I am in Virginia, just one state from NC and we don't get Panthers games unless they are prime time games Our local Fox channel only shows the Redskins, and if by chance they are not playing or playing at a different time than the Panthers the networks choose to either show NYG or Dallas, or a re-run of a movie or sitcom We listen to every game on Sirius radio or we go to a sports bar to watch the game. I really need the NFL package.

We don't see many Panthers fans at all here either, more so than we did 5 years ago but it is still a rare sight, we are surrounded by Redskins and Cowboys! We love it when we come to NC to visit family and you see Panthers gear everywhere!

I know a couple international Panthers fans. On another board I frequent there is a guy from Australia, a guy from Germany, and a guy from the UAE.

Meanwhile I thought being a Panthers fan in California was tough.

Another UK lurker here.

Went to the Tampa Bay game at Clemson in '95 and was hooked. Best game i went to was the following season vs the 49ers, great win, think it was 23-7.

Thoroughyl enjoying this season.

As far as the NFL popularity in England goes, i think the attendance and how quickly the international series sells out is self explanatory. I had a feeling the 2009 game would be the Pats and was praying it would be Carolina too, but never mind, guess i'll just have to be a pat for the day.

I basically had two choices when I started following the NFL. Panthers and Patriots. I'm not really sure why I chose Panthers, but I remember that I liked how Jake Delhomme was playing in the Super Bowl. He's still my favourite Panther.

I wanted to buy a Panthers jersey from Wembley but they didn't sell those there . Maybe I'll have to order one online or hope they'll sell Panthers jerseys next year when Panthers have made a deep playoffs run.

Seems like nothing changes, even in England.

That's awesome that all you guys are fans... I occasionally do some work with some guys in Shoreham-by-Sea, maybe I can get them hooked on the Panthers too.

Yet another panthers fan from the UK here!
There seems to be alot of us who just visit and have a read but havent really bothered to join yet.

Been a fan since catching superbowl 38 on Tv, and being british and allways being drawn to the underdog i sort of unconsciously picked the panthers over the pats... That and the deshaun foster TD run with the dive at the end.

Have yet to catch a panthers game in the flesh yet, but watch every game via the NFL and Yahoo's live game service.

Come to think of it, I think he may have gotten back on the board after the crash.

I just fancied supporting a new team when they were formed. When I was 10 years old my mum and dad brought me a Giants shirts but i could never really get into them. So in 95' I picked the Panthers and haven't regretted it since. Call me weird but i was so proud to wear the shirt during the 1-15 season!!!
