Latest news. It is illegal for me to sell my product. The General Counsel for the Panthers has replied to me via email, and said that my mask is a derivative of the already trademarked logo. This means that I either go through the difficult process of obtaining my own license, or sell the idea to a company that already has a license.
He gave me a contact for starting to do the latter. It is no doubt going to take a while, so in the mean time show your support for the mask by posting. Anyone I talk to is going to be shown my site, and this thread. Go Panthers!!!

So MadHatter had his brother-in-law take a look at the mask graphic, and that is now one more person saying I shouldn't sell. That puts me back to trying to contact a licensed corporation such as Reebok. I'm trying, but the mask may never be seen again except by those who already have them. Between mine, the ones that I sold last season, the ones that I gave to friends, and the couple I gave away to people who sold me tickets....there are around 10-15 out there.
If you would like to see the mask as an officially licensed product...SPEAK UP! Otherwise its just another of my ideas that will never be.
