I'm pretty much Brad Hoover, +25 lbs....

6', 270

I don't really have any health problems other than asthma (since birth), and have been described as "healthy as a horse" (and hung like one too! )...

Friggin' asthma is the primary thing that makes me as big as I am though, as I am allergic to all kinds of foods... and as a kid, they put me on steroids (not anabolic ones! ) during my worst times of year... It caused my appetite to become monstrous, and Nintendo didn't help...

If anyone is serious about this though (as it seems tattorhino is), I'll make a pledge to get down to at least 225 lbs by the Super Bowl...

I've done it before through Atkins, and another time by just portion control, but I always put it back on... Having others do it at the same time might provide some motivation to keep it off....

Im shooting for 40pds by Christmas. Its not unreasonable if I just do it. Today has started off on the right. Small bowl of granola with soymilk. I had a small spicy V8 as a snack and for lunch I am having a can of tomato and okra with tabasco and a small can of solid white tuna in water. So far so good. I have cut out all drinks except water and I will have 3 or 4 beers on tailgate day. Nothing in between.
I report back tonight and let you guys know how dinner went.
