Yeah, $3.45 at the new Wal-Mart. Matter a fact all the stations on Peters(or is that Peppers?) Creek were lower than any of the Big Name Stations.

Station near me now is either $3.59 or $3.54 now, I can't remember.

Yep....I was kinda shocked. Sitting in a doctor's office because the workmen's comp insurance company wanted an "independent medical evaluation" and picked up the local paper. Right on the front page they had the area's "best value" and then inside they had the Harrisburg area split up into 3 regions listing the best gas prices for each. The Sheetz with 2.89 was about 2 miles from the doc's office, so hell yeah, I went over and filled up. I was down to about 1/4 of a tank so it worked out well.

Gas prices in charlotte are high as hell... I belive North Carolina ranked 47 out of 50 states... Behind Alaska, Hawaii, and Cali.

Carlisle has the cheapest gas of anywhere we've been. I remember this summer when it was over $4 everywhere else, we got it for a little over $3 in Carlisle.

no idea why that pocket of PA is so cheap....I looked at the PA gas map and it really stands out.

True Stat: A friend of the family's was traveling through Oklahoma today and called to say he paid $2.36/gallon there.

In Asheville, it's about $3.79. In Wilmington, it's $3.22.

I just drove from Wilmington to Charlotte tonight... it's below $3.30 at home and it's still up near $4 around Wadesboro... and it's above $3.50 on the east side of Charlotte...
