Preseason -

The Canes are currently getting destroyed in their first preseason game, losing 4-1 against Washington. No worries about the score, it's just nice to have hockey back.

This team needs to redeem itself after the collapse last season.

Looks like Pitkanen picked up the Canes goal. Cam Ward allowed two goals on 8 shots in the first period.

It was great that the Hurricanes showed the game on their website. Unfortunately, it was a pretty ugly game, but I love the fact that hockey season has started again.

I'm so glad its hockey season. I don't watch very many hockey games on TV cuz to me watching them on TV is boring. I'd much rather go to a hockey game then watch it on TV.
