Ticket Question....
I am supposed to be picking up 4 tickets from a guy this Friday for the Eagles/Panthers game. Before I drive 2.5 hours each way I want to make sure I am not wasting my time or money (they are not cheap).
Here is my question: This guy says that they are actual hard copy, regular tickets that he has for sale. I asked him how he got them because I was not aware of any season ticker holders that got tickets yet (I asked a couple of people from here). He said that he is a PSL owner and season tickets go out late July/August but he purchased "lifetime rights" and gets his tickets early each year. Does this sound right? I really want these tickets but don't want to lose my money on bogus tickets. I also don't want to be murdered over the few hundred dollars that he knows I will have in my pocket.

sounds bad to me. the guy that I got tix from just promised to mail to me as soon as he gets them(giving someone on here as reference). he is not a lifetime rights holder i don't think, but I honestly had no idea that the Panthers did something like that.

never heard of anything called a "lifetime right"...Sounds bogus to me...I would steer clear....

Thanks, so is there anyway this guy could have the actual tickets on hand? As you can see, I really want them and want to give this guy the benefit of the doubt.

Even if there was a "lifetime rights", and I dont think there is, there is no reason for those tickets to go out sooner than PSL owners. They couldnt be printed any sooner because the dates arent known in advance. I call BS.

I still say no. PSLs give us "lifetime" rights to the tickets anyway. As soon as he said that, a red light went off for me. I'm heading home today to get your steam cleaner and gonna see if they're there....which if history holds true, they won't be.

Never heard of this.....but you peaked my curiosity. I am going to call the Panthers office to see what they have to say.
