Not taking shots here, but until the demand is greater, the price isn't warranted to rise, scalpers be damned. Bottom line, they want to unload the tix... they can't price themselves out of a sale

IMO, scalping is a stupid law. Its the only legal item I can think of (and I thought for a good 5 seconds) where the law prohibits the basic economic
principal of supply and demand.

I wrote my entire long-ass opinion on the topic a long time ago at...I'm way too lazy to read that old post so I'll just assume I still agree with it as I have never been wrong.

that is exactly what theyy will do. the gov't has seen they can't stop this from happening so they want to make it legal and tax it 3 %. the panthers will let you ask what you want on there site and take a % of it. all will be happy if they get their piece of the action.

Least we (in NC) will be able to sell them on ebay for a decient price, as the people out side the state can. Hell, even if you want to buy them your bids are limited on ebay if you have an NC address.

They already are aren't they... I know the Panthers PSLs are super expensive. Their upper level psl prices are just as much as my second row seats for the Texans. I imagine our PSL prices will go thru the roof once this team starts making the playoffs on a regular basis and a superbowl visit would definately blow the roof off.

Mike you are right...its the american way. The Texans told us not to purchase tickets solely for an investment but thats exactly what it is. I wouldn't try to scalp my tickets as a way to make a living but unfortuately, teams are going to have down years where the ticket owners take a loss if they cannot attend all the games. I think it balances out in the end.

If anything stub hub and others prices will go down because folks can sell them in venue.

either way after the start of the game all tickets are dirt cheap
