According to this article it looks as if
1) We might just have 2 qbs on the roster (gulp)
2) We are totally clueless who are KR is (gulp)
3) Jarrett looks to pass Hackett on the depth chart. (gulp- that pickup isn't looking so hot right now)

Which really annoying.....you would think a team that has been either THE worst or almost the worst in the entire league the past TWO seasons would not be waiting a couple weeks before the seaosn starts to just......pick up some scrub and hope it works out. Even before Robinson went down he was a very questionable return guy at best....with more homer potential than pure evidence he could get the job done.

I like the offseason moves but special teams have been a huge weakness for us and I have seen very little concern in this area. I don't think I can stomach watching Nick Goings return kicks another season.......

We need a legit playmaker for returns. I personally think, we tell Smitty to suck it up and return punts and put Robinson and Stewart on KOs. It is about winning.....Smith probably has a bigger chance getting hurt going over the middle than returning punts. This is a do or die season, let's play balls to the walls.

i think we need a solid addition to the D-line. would be happy with either DT or DE. i really want someone who is good, not a scrub, and i would be ok if we had to make a trade to get one.

I just have this feeling that the Bears punt return and kick return blocking has more to do with it. But then again I wouldn't mind bringing him in, just because we really need someone.

Any players we get from the Bears will have to be after their cuts. No way they want to trade with us again for several years.
