Reductio ad absurdum will not be tolerated. Neg rep.
Now, will you explain to me why a 45-28 score is any more or less important than say, a 9-24 score? Last I checked, the ratio for 9-24 is 1 to 2.67, while a score of 28-45 is 1 to 1.61. Which means we whipped your ass 1.6583850931677018633540372670807 times more than you whipped our ass. |

It was more important because it was the last game. I don't think anyone ever said that you weren't better back in week 4, we're simply better now. If you're challenging whether or not teams change over the course of a season, be my guest, it would make you an imbecile, but that doesn't mean you can't make that argument.

The fact that it wasn't a particularly close score? You had a chance to win and you didn't just lose, you got crushed in the 4th quarter. You had the momentum by the end of the 3rd, if you were the better team, you would have won. I, like most fans and NFL personnel, let what happens on the field tell the story.
