Ok, all seriousness though, you got a lot to be proud of. You whooped our ass yesterday, and maybe the Panthers had it coming because of the way we got lazy as evidenced by not getting many yards against a porous Oakland defense and having Daunte Culpepper, who just signed with the Lions a week prior to facing us, led an offense that hit paydirt 3 times against us. Mike Smith has come a long way and Matt Ryan is playing beyond his yeras at QB. It's not very often a rookie head coach and a rookie QB are in the same position as you guys are so be proud.

I was ashamed by or competitiveness, or lack thereof, against a division rival, above all things. Those games should be the ones your team should be the most pumped up against and we went in there, the offense didn't even show up until the second half, and the defense tackled worse than an elderly chihuahua.
