That is amazing to me. The guy was the color guy for 34 straight Final Fours and nobody is going to shead a tear for him. Just goes to show, you need to build up some goodwill among the people who watch and cover the games. Billy never wanted to do that.

To me, he could have built up as much goodwill as he wanted...I would have still disliked him because he is painful to listen to.

Now, if we can make sure that we get him and Bill Rafferty off of all ACC games, I'll be happy.

In my defense, I've been talking about how much I dislike him for years. I don't dislike him as much as I dislike Bill Rafferty or Mike Patrick, but he was definitely one of my least favorite announcers.
