Are you saying if we have to chance to get vick we should? I do think that Vick would be cheap. I can't remember but could we have gotten Matt Ryan? I'm not saying Delhomme is done but it'd be nice to feel comfortable if he were to go down.

I say we look to the draft. Hurney has done amazing at picking out talent in the Draft.

I loved when Vick played for my team, but the reality is that he is not very smart, and 3 or 4 years out of football is not going to make him a better QB.

Cassel is the obvious choice but we can't afford him. I'm not bashing Jake, mind you, but the fact is Jake is getting older...and Cassel is just as if not more talented. But it doesn't matter because it won't happen. Vick? I love his style of play but no thanks. Though having the media attention in Carolina for once would be interesting, even if for the wrong reason.

That was an excellent game, and one in which Vick did make a lot of good plays. The Birds should have lost that day.

They will not even entertain the thought of Vick coming to the Panthers. So, I completely ignored anything they had to say after that...

Vick would be a bad choice for us. I just hope that after the season is over, we have a better plan for the QB. I'm not against Jake, just think we need to be working for the future. We need more consistancy there.
