When those starters were all freshman and sophomores, and also when they had one of the toughest schedules in the nation and had a chance to win in every game but the Wake and USF games.

Like somebody else said the Costal division is garbage this season, there are a lot of unanswered questions.
VT: Who is their starting RB? QB controversy?? Glennon is getting the nod against ECU, and the fans want Tyrod.
GT: Very young team with all new coaching staff, it usually takes a year or two before the new offense is learned.
Miami: Following a disappointing season last year, they are my sleeper pick this season as long as Shannon doesn't loose control of his players.
UVA: Has lost everybody......Chris Long to the NFL, QB transferred, other key players dismissed from the team. They will be competiting with Duke this season if not being the worst team in the ACC.
Duke: They are Duke, but with a new coach.
UNC: Showed promise in every game they played except two, despise being the 2nd youngest team in the Nation following ND. They had one of the tougheest schedules in the Nation, so the young guys had to grow up really quick. Take out the Wake and USF games and their average loss was less than 4 points, and 3 of those games were top 25 teams. They have a proven QB that can go 300+ yards, one of the best WR cores in the ACC, the only thing that worries me is on defense. They lost Taylor and Mapp, but Austin has a year experience and Duenta Williams had a surprising freshman season. The other argument is most of their tough games are in Chapel Hill this season, only one that is not is Maimi.
The Costal division is honestly completely up for grabs, there are really no clear cut winner in this division. They gave it to VT, because of recent domination of the ACC. I honestly do not see VT being as dominate, which in my mind a sleeper could win it easily. I could see VT, Miami, UNC
Hopefully after this season Carolina can stop living in the past when Mack Brown had Carolina in the top 10 year after year, and can get the fans excited about football once again.
