why did they call him Jeremy Pentham instead of just Locke all of a sudden anyways..I don't get that at all...and Kate and Sayid both were "Don't say that name" like he was Lord Voldemort or something...anyone? anyone?

Those are the questions they want you to ask. In the first two seasons they used a lot of flashbacks to fill out the storyline. This year they are using foreshadowing and gradually moving the story into the future.

But for every question they answer the viewers who are hooked have three new ones. Very infuriating in some ways and very smart writing that imo you just don't find on TV.

my first thought is that they renamed him for identity purposes..obviously to everyone else he "died" in the crash..so that part I can kind of understand..but when they're talking about them to each other..that's when I don't understand why they don't call him Locke

I also don't know if Jin is really dead or not...they all said that "jeremy" had come to see all of them, what if he told Sun that Jin isn't dead...why else would she want to team up with Widmore? just thinking out loud here..lotta questions after last nights episode

My guess is the end of season 4 will actually will actually be the beginning of 6. I think the end of season 3, will be the beginning of season 5 when Locke takes over the Island and 6 get back. Something pretty crazy/bad is going to happen now on the island. I think we're going to see a lot of Lost being filmed off the island next season.
