a little trick i learned in college...
stale cookies can be microwaved for 10-15 seconds and taste like they're right out of the oven.

Now that I think about it, most Thanksgiving day food I eat unheated.

also, a biscuit that has hardend can be re-fluffed by boiling water in a mug in the microwave before hand, then put the biscuit in there when it is steamy.

We go through 3-4 bottles of skim a week. Worse than paying for gas! Kids love it and I am not going to stop them since it is skim.
