hey Bo...things are real good. Life has been really busy these days. Work is busy but good, spring is here and the family and I are all happy and healthy!! I've lost almost 20 pounds in the last couple of weeks with a huge change in eating habits and now that the energy is lining out, time to up the exercise. Been a huge positive change though! Hope things are well with you and the family!
