Adderall is an amphetamine and will turn up as methamphetamine in most drug tests. Until its proven what exactly he took, then I'm with cptx in sayin get off the horse.......for the time being. If it is proven that he was taking crystal meth then I can safely say I will be behind you 110% in that he shouldn't be allowed to drive a race car again. Until then, remember: Don't believe everything you read in a newspaper or see on TV, journalists are all too quick to jump the gun. Innocent until proven guilty.

As I said before, I agree with you 100%. Meth is garbage and nothing good ever comes out of its use. Whether it be on a race track, or on the streets. It's a nasty, nasty drug and if he did drive while on that $hit then not only should he be suspended for life from NASCAR, but he should also face criminal charges for wreckless endangerment, among other things. I tend to wait until are the facts are known, but so far as I can tell.....things dont look too good for Mr. Mayfield.

This one seemed like a pretty obvious mis-call from the get-go. I don't like the way NASCAR has handled this frankly.
