True Blood
Has anybody seen this HBO series? Season one just got released on DVD yesterday. I'm going to try to get a copy today. In a nutshell, it's about vampires in Louisiana. My co-worker turned me on and now I'm addicted.

The vampire story has been played out so much. So was it any good? I thought about adding it to the Queue, but I'm not sure.

All in all its ok.
There are a couple of secondary characters that are outstanding and make it worth watching but don't be expected to be blown away by it. |

The writers definitely did a good job of forming story lines from a very basic, mediocre chick book..I had to force myself to finish it b/c Sookie is so flippin' annoying
