You create an expansion franchise. You get one perk, pick any other team's starting QB. However, you must take up their full salary and also consider age. The younger your QB is the longer he will stay in the league (comparatively).

Matt Ryan, Jay Cutler, Philip Rivers, and Aaron Rodgers are pretty much the only real answers. Guess it would depend on the system you'd want to run. Then again maybe the correct answer is Kurt Warner. He'll play till he's 60.

He's 29 and turns 30 this December, and is coming off a season in which he played 4 games.
