Should marijuana be legalized? yes or no

I wana get some input on what people in here think about marijuana, personally im all for legalization of weed.

I could care less, I don't smoke but if Alcohol is legal why not

Of course the Government would have to find a way to tax the hell out of it first

i have never smoked weed in my life, but i think it should be.

it grows in the ground, like tobacco...and it alters the mind like alcohol. i say legalize weed.

Not really. Cocaine is processed and isn't a substance found naturally on Earth. Marijuana is.

Absolutely.

Instead of taxing it they should sell licenses to grow it at your house.

Marijuana is until the legalize it. Then Philip Morris and RJR will get ahold of it, and it will then have all kinds of chemicals added to it and no longer be a naturally occurring substance.

Did it a few times when I was younger, didn't see the appeal never really got into it.

But yeah I say legalize it, I don't think its any more harmful or holds any more potential for abuse then good ole fashioned booze

If the Gov doesn't want to legalize it completely then at the very least legalize it for "Medical Use" I'm in California where its legal for "Medical Use" but the DEA can still raid and shut down the state authorized dealers and arrest the people that have it. Which is BS!!

IMO its needs to be Federally legalized for "Medical Use" and its needs to be enforced so people don't abuse it and take away from the people that can benefit from its Medical use, because right now its to easy for people that are not sick to acquire a card and abuse the state law.

The problem is they can't because it will grow anywhere. They should sell licenses like they do with tobacco but yes it should be legal.
