To win the Super Bowl Gruden got rid of 50% of Dungy's team and all of the Offensive Coaches...because Dungy could not win a Super Bowl with Dungy's team.

Gruden won with Gruden's team.

Dungy won in Indy with Mora's team. Tomlin MIGHT win with Cower's team.

Simeon Rice isn't too happy because he was cut prior to training camp.
When Rich McKay left us cap strapped with no draft picks (Glaziers) players restructured so we could sign other players. Derrick Brooks was the most unselfish allowing us to be competitive. But Simeon wouldn't do squat. He was injured and we needed to sign someone to play his position...he was finally offered a choice to either restructure his deal or we would have to cut him to use the cash for signings. Simeon chose NOT to restructure and blamed Gruden and Allen and said he would be ready to play when the season started. Per his physical that wasn't the case. That proved to be true when he was cut from Denver and couldn't play for anyone. He is still out of the NFL, but is blaming Gruden.

Nobody's saying that Tomlin might win with Cowher's team.
A.) It's been a couple of years removed from Cowher.
B.) He's definitely put his mark on the team, which the others hadn't had time to...
