This is a first in a wave of counties.
I still say, suspend or half NASA for about 2-4 years and take those funds and beef up the infrastructure.

To hell with that.

FWIW, I would raise taxes 1% a year, and cut spending by 1% a year until the budge is balanced. The I would begin cutting taxes and spending until taxes were back at their original level.

To beef up infrastructure, I would eliminate the useless department of homeland security.
