MSNBC dumps Olberman from anchor chair

After months of accusations of political bias and simmering animosity between MSNBC and its parent network NBC, the channel decided over the weekend that the NBC News correspondent and MSNBC host David Gregory would anchor news coverage of the coming debates and election night. Mr. Olbermann and Mr. Matthews will remain as analysts during the coverage.
The change — which comes in the home stretch of the long election cycle — is a direct result of tensions associated with the channel’s perceived shift to the political left.

Good riddance to the annoying POS.

I've flipped his show on many times. Never last more than 30 seconds or so. If Bush is so evil, move away, Keith. Wrong. Smart move for MSNBC. Apparently they were tired of having the worst ratings during these political times. FoxNews was number 1, easily beating even the majors.

War Bill O'Reilly!

I've watched alot of cable news and I think Bill is as fair as anyone out there. He is in no way like Rush, who is a total dickhead. I like that he calls out both sides on issues. I've seen him be hard on both political parties and also defend both parties. I love that Obama did an interview with Bill. From what I've seen of the interview he wasnt giving Obama a break, yet agreeing with him at times. The interview and Obamas responses have made me swing closer to Obamas side when November rolls around.
