LOL, this is cool! It's like a myspace for football fans =)

So here's what I've been doing this past week.

First off, Monday, we CLOSED out the school. 4 hours of boring meetings, but damn, its done! Then my wife and I went to the doctor because we were sick and didn't want to be sick for the beach next week. Got drugs, and life is good. Thank God for modern medicine.

We've also been helping out our friends. My wife's best friend's daughter has been very sick, she had 4 days of over 100 degree temperature. No one could really figure out what was going on until they took her to an Urgent Care on Sunday. They looked at her blood and her white blood cell count was through the roof. So they sent her to the ER ASAP. Turns out that the little girl was sick with a Sinus infection, but instead of it going away as it should have, it moved to her eye socket.

Weird right? It happens though, check webMD. They had to do surgery and they were able to help her body with the infection. Though the past couple of days she hasn't been able to open her infected eye, which worried us all. The worst thing about it was she could have lost vision in that eye or lost muscle movement in the eye socket.

Thankfully just a few hours ago, she had both eyes opened, and they were working well. She was playing with play dough and being a normal 4.5 year old little girl. Hopefully she'll be home Sunday.

It's been crazy and hetic as we've been going from Concord to CMC downtown to help, or back to east to help clean up the mother's classroom. Now thankfully, everythings going well and we can get ready for the beach come Sunday =)
