Bridges was a considered a washout from the Cardinals the last time we signed him and ended up being pretty serviceable. That's a hell of a lot more than I can say about Garry Williams and Jeff Byers.

Rivera is trying. While Bridges wasn't a choir boy, he was an above average guard. And we are in serious need of some help at that position. He is an immediate upgrade over both starters.
