Panthers are signing Jeremy Bridges, according to a league source.

I think Bridges was originally signed because Travelle Wharton went down. That was before Wharton was moved to guard.
In 2008 our oline was Gross-Wharton-Kalil-Bridges-Otah. That was a good o-line and the year we had two 1100 yard backs. Bridges and Otah mashed people on the right side. They were both like 325 lbs.
2009 was the year we had 2 1100 yard backs...but anyway I can't remember who the RG was that year but he ended up with the Bucs. But Bridges is most deff an upgrade. Hell he's a better RG than piggy. Right now C and RG are big weaknesses. Like the move.
Pretty sure the starting Right Guard in 2008 was Keydrick Vincent.
I was just about to edit my post to say that. Wasn't he the starter in 09' also?
I don't think so. My sense is that 2009 saw someone else in that spot but they weren't as good. Can't remember who it was though.

Yeah, I know he was the starter. But I thought he missed some games. Now that I think about it...Gross was hurt. Warton went to LT and MacB went to LG. Although I'm not sure if it was the 09' season.

That our RG spot sucks donkey balls? And, we dont want to get Cam killed? And that Jeremy Bridges is better than any Guard on the squad? And was probly the only option out there at this time?
Just seen him on the local news, he was in at RG with the ones.
This team needs some low life assholes that want to kick some ass.
