I bet right now, Arizona wishes the press didn't criticize the Panthers for taking their foot of the gas vs Seattle. Now they paying for it. Riverboat, going for two, when he has 40+ already!? LMAO!

Arians said we're the worst team in the NFL in the 2nd half.

I don't think he wanted that to go public.

I think that 2 pt conversion was aimed at the Arizona coach.   His 2pt conversion didn't really make sense being they were 4 scores down.

why can't they coach like this ALL the time???

They do. The Panthers are having one of, if not the most, dominant seasons in the history of the NFL(the 85 Bears and the 72 Dolphins are the only other teams even in the conversation). But you'd never know it by reading these game threads.

    • Yeah somehow there have been a half dozen mocks that have Okudah available at 7, yet there's still people on here parroting the notion it's impossible that he'll be there. Is it likely? Not highly but if Detroit picks someone else (or trades out of the top 7), the chance skyrockets. I would say there are truly only 2 players with zero chance to be there at 7: Burrow and Young. Tua is the next least likely, but not zero (I'd give it 50:1 odds). Most likely Tua and Herbert go in the top 6, and that leaves 2 open spots. Simmons, Okudah, Brown, 1 or 2 OT, heck even Jeudy or Lamb are not out of the question before us. There's a surprising pick every year. Who thought Ferrell would go at 4?
    • I was absolutely wrong about his play weight and  what he showed up to the combine as. A quick Google search showed him at 360, where as his combine from 2001 was a little harder to find. That said his numbers were still factual. He was a better athlete than brown and even with those numbers a second round pick.  Defensive tackles that are one dimensional rarely go this high because they aren't as big a factor in the passing game. He isn't the athlete Williams was last year he's not gonna give you an arron donald impact. He's a stud in the run game and will collapse the pocket. Anything else is a bonus.
    • We would be wise to jump on that.
