biden-trump in the general is a guaranteed win for the wealthy at the expense of the poor. it's so obvious that party cheerleaders spend significantly less time trying to make the case for biden in terms of policy than they do trying to make the case of the unique threat of trump. talking policy in defense of biden is a losing effort and the people so hellbent on voting biden if he's the nominee no matter what aren't interested in losing. why play a game that you know you will lose? that's what this is for them. a game. and they hedge by saying that if (when) he loses it's the fault of the only people who could read the situation from day 1. "worst" case scenario biden eats poo like clinton and blame the left which they then use as an excuse to move even further right in 2024. can't really lose because in the end trump isn't all that bad for the class of people who run the democratic party. just gotta be able to stomach the concentration camps (that they voted to fund lol)

biden is clearly unqualified not only because of his policies but because his brain just doesn't work anymore. the fact that the party STILL wants him in the general signals how threatened they really are by trump.

This x1000. If being trump really is the end all be all it is increasingly clear Biden is not the answer. To be trump and beat any younger smarter, more disguised version of him that will emerge from the right in the future Bernie and his policies must be pushed. If not just blow the system up because it clearly won’t correct itself

I'm serious dudes, it's going to be election night and everyone will be aghast at "electable" Biden getting beaten by an ass-hair in MI, WI, and PA just like Hillary did.

Well, not everyone, but you know what I mean.

Whoever wins the nomination would probably be smart to seriously consider Beto as their VP simply to help with Texas. If the Dems carry Texas, they don't even need those rust belt states to win.

Bernie crushes in the rust belt seats. Instead of pulling a dumb Clinton turn red to blue strategy that lost her blue states you go for the working class in the rust belt and it isn’t even an issue.

If Beto was smart he’d drop out and win a senate spot but he’s not, and clearly not someone who needs to be Vp

I'm not talking about winning the nomination, that's decided by the primary voters. I'm talking specifically about choosing a VP which is usually about trying to appeal to key areas or demographics.

Yeah she was holding rallies in Georgia and poo trying to run up the score.  Clinton ran an extremely arrogant campaign as if she was entitled to the votes of people in the so-called blue wall states merely for showing up.

”moderates” have no political instincts lol

Hilarious coming from a left wing radical. How many left wing radicals have won a Presidential election? How many moderates?

the rhetoric from 2008 to 2016 was that obama was a “left wing radical” so while the policy was right wing garbage people absolutely showed up to vote for the “left wing radical” twice

Moderate Dems have lost 1000+ seats/governors mansions since 08.

They arent winning. Times have changed. This makes sense you would try to make this argument because you constantly fight against change.

the more likely scenario is that bernie would have won the general so they had to rig the primary in Clinton's favor. America is ready for change. Let ass hats like Linvillegorge die off somewhere so the rest of the country can move forward in progress.
