Panthers have played a pretty clean game in terms of penalties.  Hope it’s a preview of things to come. Like the discipline.

I'm excited about the potential of this defense.  Rivera has coached some badass 3-4 defenses in his career.

Defensive rankings

2017-  7th in yards

2016- 12 the in yards

2015-  6th in yards

2014- 10th in yards

2013-  2nd in yards

2012-  10th in yards allowed

Already said 2018 was the outlier and I started in 2012 so Rivera had some time to build his defense and Chud tried to kill the defense with a ton of 3 and outs.

So yeah the defense has been top 10.
