sure, but if you look at young QBs on that list, (and this obv. excuses Lamar Jackson, playing behind a great line), Murray is the only one playing much, much better than Kyle Allen based on your numbers. All of the young QBs are struggling, and IMO their lines have a lot to do with it.
imo, Allen is exactly what he looks like: a QB that can be a limited factor in winning games when the team around him has a lot of talent. this is usually what you want from a backup. he also is not someone that can make a team better around him. few young players are, but unlike other young players whose prolific college careers provided copious film, we have no reason to believe that with practice and time he will develop into something extraordinary. maybe he will, but seems unlikely.
