I feel like this is an example of the larger Tepper strategy. He agrees to Amazon’s All or Nothing in his first year and now his in house staff has all the tools to be an in-house rip off of the show. They did it earlier last season too on a smaller scale. I won’t be surprised to see them having a TV show in another year.

You're probably eventually going to see all teams with in-house produced shows like this, especially in the off-season. I'm sure there's lots that already have them.

About 4 minutes of new content, and about 6 minutes behind the scenes, rolled into 24 minutes of garbage. Good job Panthers.com.

Thanks for the heads up, sick of the ultra fluff panthers have been putting out. Ill pass on this.

He keeps Ron and Marty on and learns the football ropes. Ron is gone, maybe Marty will be too. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Rhule become GM eventually if he is successful here.

This might bear out in other examples in the future, things we don’t know about or see internally. Tepper feels like the Roman Empire accumulating and assimilating things.

Learning the football ropes from Marty Hurney is like taking acting lessons from Tommy Wiseau.

Point well taken.

Be honest: Did you make it through that entire clip?

Yes, unfortunately.  I'm not sure I could tell you what I saw however.  I feel dumber somehow from watching it.

Yes - all content directly from the Panthers should only contain information that hasn't already been overly dissected by forum and twitter geeks with too much time on their hands.
